Accessibility Statement

DEBRUSK s.r.o. (the operator of Axively) is committed to making axively.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is the product we build, so we hold our own website to the same standard we apply for our customers. This statement covers the public axively.com website.
Conformance status
We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.2 level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). axively.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. "Partially conformant" means that most of the content conforms, but some minor parts — listed below — may not yet fully meet every success criterion.
Known limitations
We are aware of, and continue to work on, the following: • The sample audit page embeds a preview of a generated report and a compliance statement in iframes; the internal accessibility of these embedded documents is evaluated separately from the page itself. • Downloadable PDF reports and compliance statements are generated artifacts whose accessibility we keep improving. • Payment is handled by our processor (Polar / Stripe) on their own pages, which are outside our direct control. If you hit a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — see below.
How we tested
This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out with the same methodology we offer customers: automated testing with axe-core 4.11 (via Playwright / Chromium) across the site and its 22 language versions, combined with manual checks — keyboard-only navigation, visible focus, heading and landmark structure, form labels, colour contrast and screen-reader behaviour. Most pages return zero automated issues. Last reviewed: June 18, 2026.
Legal framework
This statement is provided in the spirit of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and references the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 — and, where we go further, WCAG 2.2 — level AA.
